Every morning across the Cotswolds, while most people are still asleep, our bakers are rolling and folding layers of butter and flour into perfect pastry. By sunrise, trays of golden croissants, cinnamon buns and pains au chocolat are leaving our bakery in Moreton-in-Marsh, ready to be delivered fresh to cafés, hotels, guest houses and farm shops across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the North Cotswolds.

This is what we call proper viennoiserie: handmade, baked overnight, and crafted with care using locally milled flour, fresh butter and traditional methods that give every pastry its rich, flaky texture.

Every kitchen works differently, so we bake and deliver to suit yours. Fresh pastries are baked through the night and arrive early each morning, ready to serve straight away. For ultimate flexibility, we also offer frozen and bake-off pastries, prepared at peak freshness, blast-chilled and ready to bake when you need them. This helps reduce waste, manage stock and keep quality consistent across every service.
