How We Supply Fresh Bread Across Gloucestershire Every Morning

Every morning across Gloucestershire, our vans leave the bakery in Moreton-in-Marsh before most people are awake. By the time a hotel breakfast service begins or a café opens its doors, the bread is already there: fresh, warm in places, and ready to serve.

This is how we work. And it is worth explaining, because the logistics behind a reliable wholesale bread supply are not as simple as they might appear.

It starts the night before

Our bakers begin working through the night so that bread is at its best for morning delivery. Sourdough requires a long, slow fermentation that cannot be rushed. Viennoiserie is layered and shaped by hand. Every loaf and pastry that leaves our kitchen has been made from scratch by a skilled baker, not produced by a machine or defrosted from a national warehouse.

This matters because freshness in bread is not just about the time since baking. It is about the quality of the process from the very beginning. Bread made well and delivered quickly is a fundamentally different product from bread made quickly and delivered from far away.

Our delivery area

We currently deliver wholesale bread and pastries daily across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, including Bourton-on-the-Water, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Moreton-in-Marsh and Broadway in Gloucestershire; Burford, Chipping Norton and Witney in Oxfordshire; and Long Compton, Shipston-on-Stour, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick in Warwickshire.

If you are a business in or around these areas and are not sure whether we cover your location, please contact us. Our vans cover a wide radius and we are always happy to discuss delivery options for nearby postcodes.

How ordering works

We keep it simple. Place your order before noon and it will arrive the following morning. Our minimum order is £30, which makes us accessible to small cafés and independent businesses as well as larger hotels and restaurants. All accounts are billed monthly on a single invoice, which reduces the administrative burden for your team.

We also offer blast-chilled and frozen options for businesses that want to manage stock more carefully or bake off on site. This works particularly well for hotels running a continental breakfast service or cafés that want to keep their pastry counter looking freshly stocked throughout the day.

Proactive communication

We know that reliability is everything in a kitchen. If there is ever a delay due to traffic or severe weather, we contact our customers proactively via WhatsApp so there are no surprises during service. It is a small thing, but it makes a significant difference when you are trying to run a tight breakfast shift.

If you are a business in Gloucestershire looking for a reliable wholesale bread supplier, we would love to talk. Get in touch with our wholesale team to find out more.
