Wholesale Bread for Restaurants in the Cotswolds

Bread arrives before the menu does. It is the first thing a guest eats and the first signal of what kind of meal they are about to have. For restaurants in the Cotswolds, where guests often travel specifically to eat well, the bread on the table matters more than many kitchens give it credit for.

The Little Bakery Company supplies wholesale bread and pastries to restaurants across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.

We bake overnight in Moreton-in-Marsh and deliver every morning, seven days a week.

Why Restaurants Choose Us

Bread worth putting on the menu.
Our sourdough is slow-fermented for 24 hours using locally milled Cotswold flour. That is the kind of provenance that belongs on a menu and that guests notice.

Reliable delivery before service.
We bake overnight and deliver early so your kitchen team has everything ready before the first cover.

Bespoke options available.
As an independent bakery, we can create custom loaves, sizes and recipes to suit your menu concept.

Blast-chilled and frozen options.
For kitchens that prefer to bake off on site or need more flexibility with stock, we supply bread blast-chilled or frozen without compromising quality.

One supplier, one invoice.
Bread, rolls, buns and pastries from a single local bakery on one monthly invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you supply a bespoke loaf to match our restaurant concept?
Possibly. We do work with restaurants to create custom sizes, styles and recipes but this largely depends on moderate volumes. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you supply bread for both lunch and dinner service?
Yes. We supply everything from breakfast pastries and brunch bread through to dinner rolls and sharing loaves, all from a single account.

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum wholesale order is £30, with next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. We can still delivery below the minimum order although a small delivery fee would apply to help us cover costs.

Do you supply blast-chilled or frozen bread?
No. This one we don’t do as the quality of the bread degrades far too much; but with daily deliveries, late cut-offs and low mininum orders, there’s not much need!

Can you deliver before our morning prep begins?
Yes. We bake overnight and deliver early across the Cotswolds so your kitchen team has everything ready before the day begins.
